Human technology has exploded in the face of flies' compound eyes. In plain terms, it means over 4000 compound eyes, each of which is independently photosensitive and captures 250 shots per second.  
Capture 4000X250=1 million photos per second. The photo is transmitted through a fly photosensitive neural network, packaged and sent to a 0.1 cubic millimeter (needle tip size) cortical MCU processor on the fly's head. It takes only 1 microsecond (one thousandth of a second) to complete operations such as deduplication, combination, sorting, concatenation, and correction of graphic distortion.
